We provide homes and create sustainable communities. The work we do matters because the lives we help matter.
We keep things local. We focus on our tenants to ensure their voices are heard. And by giving our people the freedom to try new things and solve problems, we can continuously improve our service - because at Victory, we provide more than just an affordable home.
And as part of Flagship Group - we don’t just want to make a difference to our tenants and their communities – we want to solve the housing crisis too.
Our annual report is produced specifically for you, a Victory Homes tenant. We understand how important it is for you to have an affordable, well maintained home, with a service that is easy to access. Take a look at how we performed last year.

Our Board is made up of independent members, tenants, our Managing Director, and a representative from the Flagship Group Board. Its role is to oversee the management of housing and repair services, ensure we are complying with the Regulator of Social Housing’s standard, support in the development of policies, tenant and community engagement and to input to the strategic direction of Flagship Group.
Today, Flagship Homes will hand over sixteen much-needed affordable homes in Newmarket. Its latest development, supported by Homes England and Gipping Construction, has transformed two old rundown garage sites with the introduction of modern designed homes.
This June, people are being invited to take a step forward to end homelessness by joining the Hope On The Move sponsored challenge. Participants will be able to take part individually, or team up to cover part of the challenge’s goal of 16,696 miles – 1 mile for every person experiencing homelessness in the region.
Let's kick off the day with some great feedback about Flagship Services. We know Covid-19 caused a real backlog in our repairs, but we're working through it! Our repairs experts will always make sure any work they do in your home is quality & long-lasting 👌 #FeedbackFriday https://t.co/4btpenplti
You might a receive a text from us every now and then. It could be from Victory Homes or maybe our repairs experts at Flagship Services. However, if you get a text that makes you suspicious 🤔 call us on 0330 123 1860 and we'll soon find out. PS don't respond until you're sure! https://t.co/KPbfrAOoRp
@SueWood80780178 I am sorry but as I have previously advised, we are unable to carry out works that have not been recommended in an OT's report.
