New technology to keep us connected
Stay in control of your rent account
We want it to be as easy as possible for you to stay on top of your rent account. That's why we’ve recently started working with Voicescape, a useful tool that allows us to easily contact you about your rent account quickly and at the right time.
What communication will I receive?
If your rent account falls into debt, you may receive a recorded phone message or text. And don’t worry, it’s still us, the software simply helps us contact you without any delay, and with clear instructions on what you need to do next.
You may have the option to:
- Call us back, bypassing the call queue, to quickly speak with someone about your rent account.
- Make a secure payment over the phone or via a trusted link in a text message.
Why are you using software like this?
We want it to be as easy as possible for you to take control of your rent account, and these timely messages will nudge you about any actions you need to take. By automating these texts and calls, it frees up time for our teams to talk to customers who need additional support or guidance with unique situations like payment plans.
How will I know it's not spam?
The payment links are managed by PayPoint and, although the links might look long and complicated, they are a trusted partner and very much legitimate.
PayPoint will also send you texts if your Direct Debit fails for any reason.
If you ever receive any communication that you’re suspicious about, it’s best to hang up and give us a call.
