Christmas and New Year opening hours
If you need to chat with us about anything related to your tenancy, our lines are open until 3pm on Christmas Eve. After this time, they'll switch to emergency repairs only. Lines will reopen at 8am on 29 December and close again for the New Year at 6pm on 31 December. Normal hours will resume on Friday 2 January, at 8am.
Calls will be directed to Gasway over the Christmas bank holidays, but If you need to report an emergency repair or your existing repair has become urgent, please call us on 0330 123 1860.

Our staff will always treat you with kindness and respect, and they expect the same in return. Any form of abuse or intimidating behaviour towards our staff or contractors will not be tolerated.
