There are a number of things we can do to help, so please do get in touch. You can also still move home, and mutual exchanges are going ahead.
Repairs & maintenance
We would like to reassure you that we have Covid-19 measures in place for your safety, and the safety of our staff. As we hope you can appreciate, we are currently working through a significant backlog and unfortunately, there may be a delay in attending to your repair. We will of course prioritise emergency situations. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you have a pre-existing repair - you do not need contact us, we will contact you. However, if that repair becomes urgent, by posing a risk to any household members or your home, let us know and it will be prioritised.

Our neighbourhood services have operated throughout the pandemic to ensure that our communities remain a safe and pleasant place to live. We continue to carry out regular inspections of our neighbourhoods, playgrounds and communal facilities.
