Rent a Victory home
Our homes are allocated to people who have registered with their local authorities housing register, we do not have our own waiting list. Please get in touch with your local authority to see if you can move into a Victory home.

Buy a home or privately rent

Buying your Victory Home
You may be able to buy your home from us at a discount using the Right to Buy (‘Preserved Right to Buy’) scheme. If your home used to be owned by your local authority and was sold to us whilst you were living there, you may be eligible for Right to Buy.
Four local authorities transferred their homes to us on the following dates:
- Suffolk Coastal District Council: 22 May 1991
- Breckland District Council: 31 March 1993
- Forest Heath District Council: 11 October 2004
- North Norfolk District Council: 13 February 2006
If you were a tenant of any of these four local authorities at the date of the transfer, you may have the Right to Buy.

Rent a garage
If you need somewhere to park your car or store those bigger items, then you may benefit from renting a garage from us. All you need to do is get in touch to ask for an application form. If you’re our tenant, you’ll take priority.
